1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using T3K ("the Service"), operated by PURE PATH LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
T3K is a link management platform designed for marketers, businesses, and teams. We provide:
- URL shortening with custom branded short codes
- Click analytics and audience insights (location, device, referrer data)
- Campaign management with UTM parameter tracking
- QR code generation for shortened links
- Team collaboration features for business accounts
- Organization tools including folders and tags
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Providing accurate and complete information
4. Acceptable Use
T3K is intended for legitimate marketing, business, and personal link sharing purposes. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Create links to phishing sites or fraudulent content
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
- Mask or disguise links to illegal content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Circumvent link restrictions or abuse the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
We actively monitor for abuse and reserve the right to disable links and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
T3K offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Growth, and Business) with varying features and limits. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
- Automatic renewal at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
- Provide accurate billing information
Billing Notice: As of the date of this document, all subscription and payment processing is handled directly through the Stripe platform. We do not store or process any billing or payment information directly in our systems. Charges on your payment method may appear as a variation of "PURE PATH LLC" (with or without "T3K" or "t3k.io"). PURE PATH LLC is the legal entity that operates the T3K service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided, but we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.
6. Link Ownership and Data
You retain ownership of the destination URLs and content you link to. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to share and promote that content.
The shortened links, analytics data, and organizational metadata (folders, tags, campaigns) you create within T3K remain associated with your account. Upon account termination, your shortened links will be deactivated and analytics data will be deleted according to our data retention policies.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability for link redirects and the dashboard. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for:
- Scheduled maintenance windows
- Service interruptions due to factors beyond our control
- Temporary unavailability of analytics or dashboard features
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PURE PATH LLC and T3K are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Actions of third parties clicking on your links
- The content or practices of websites you link to
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Your shortened links will be deactivated, meaning they will no longer redirect to the destination URLs you had originally configured.
Deleted links will have their short codes recycled back into the system and may be assigned to another user's link in the future. All unused or deactivated short codes redirect to the t3k.io main website.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
