T3K, operated by PURE PATH LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our link management and analytics platform.
Note: T3K is a service operated by PURE PATH LLC. As of the date of this document, all subscription and payment processing is handled directly through the Stripe platform. We do not store or process any billing information directly in our systems. You may see a variation of "PURE PATH LLC" (with or without "T3K" or "t3k.io") on billing statements, invoices, and legal communications.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Email address
- Full name
- Password (securely hashed, never stored in plain text)
- Profile picture (optional)
Link and Campaign Data
When you use T3K to create and manage links, we store:
- Original destination URLs
- Custom short codes and aliases
- Link titles and descriptions
- UTM parameters and campaign data
- Folder and tag organization
Click Analytics Data
When someone clicks a shortened link, we collect analytics data to provide insights:
- IP address
- Approximate geographic location (country, region, city) derived from IP
- Browser type and version
- Operating system and device type
- Referrer URL (where the click came from)
- Date and time of click
- Bot detection signals (to filter automated traffic)
IP Address Usage: We store IP addresses for legitimate business purposes including: providing geographic analytics to link owners, fraud and abuse detection, bot filtering, security monitoring, and service optimization. IP addresses are retained according to your subscription plan's data retention period (30-365 days) and are then automatically deleted. We process this data based on our legitimate interests in providing and securing the Service, as permitted under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and similar provisions under CCPA and other applicable privacy laws.
Payment Information
All subscription and payment processing is handled directly through the Stripe platform. We do not store or process any billing or payment information directly in our systems. Your payment details are securely managed by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We only store a Stripe customer ID to link your account to your subscription.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide link shortening and redirect services
- Generate analytics dashboards and reports for your links
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, billing receipts)
- Enable team collaboration features (Business plan)
- Improve and optimize the platform based on usage patterns
- Detect and prevent abuse, spam, and fraudulent links
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your data for advertising purposes or sell it to third-party advertisers.
4. Data Retention
Analytics data retention varies by subscription plan:
- Starter plan: 30 days of click analytics
- Growth plan: 90 days of click analytics
- Business plan: 365 days of click analytics
Your account information, links, and organizational data (folders, tags, campaigns) are retained as long as your account is active. After account deletion:
- Your shortened links are immediately deactivated
- Personal data is deleted within 30 days
- We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for platform analytics
- Certain records may be kept as required by law (e.g., billing records)
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers: Third parties that help us operate T3K, including:
- Cloud hosting providers and infrastructure services
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Email service providers (transactional emails)
- Team members: If you're part of a Business team, other team members can view shared links and analytics
- Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of PURE PATH LLC assets
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use minimal, essential cookies to:
- Maintain your authenticated session
- Remember your dashboard preferences
- Ensure security (CSRF protection)
We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral targeting. When users click your shortened links, we collect analytics data server-side without placing cookies on their devices.
Destination Website Tracking: Please note that the destination websites your shortened links redirect to may have their own tracking mechanisms, cookies, and privacy practices independent of T3K. Additionally, link owners may implement T3K conversion tracking on their destination pages to measure events and conversions. Any such tracking on destination websites is governed by those websites' respective privacy policies, not this one.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encryption of all data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest
- Secure password hashing (bcrypt)
- Row-level security in our database
- Regular security reviews
- Access controls and authentication for all systems
However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Update inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
- Export: Download your links and data in a portable format

T3K is designed for business and professional use. The Service is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes by:
